Ingredients :
- Strawberries - 8, ripes frozen or fresh,
- Banana -1, fresh or frozen,
- Milk - 1 cup,
- Ice Cream - 1/2cup, Vanilla or Strawberry flavor,
- Yogurt - 2 tsp,
- Sugar - 1 tsp,
- Honey - 1 tsp.
Method :
Pour milk in the jar of a blender or mixer grinder.
Trim of the leaves & chop strawberries roughly. Slice the bananas. Add it on a blender.
Add Icecream, Yogurt, Sugar & Honey. Blend until fruits are well blended & there are no chunks of them.
Pour it on a serving glass & serve.
